Kundalini Yoga & Intuitive Channeling Workshop

Practice 45 minutes of Kundalini Yoga, (a lineage of yoga that includes a mixture of mantras, breathwork, movement, and dance) to open your channel and connect to your inner wisdom. Expect a mix of rigorous mindfulness through this practice and deep connection to your Higher Self to prepare for the channeling portion of the event.

Then, go even deeper and empower yourself through your own intuitive channeling using techniques and methods taught by Rachel Foody, Intuitive Counselor. Born with a multitude of intuitive gifts further progressed by a near death experience when she was five, Rachel guides others through the layers clouding their essences/authentic selves. Expect to learn tangible tools you can take home with you and use in your everyday life to make decisions, lead with intention, and honor what is of the highest good for you and your Higher Self.

This interactive event is for all who are wanting to get in touch with their bodies, their heart, and especially their intuition (beginners AND those looking to further advance their current channeling abilities).

Is the Intuitive Channeling a lecture or interactive? – The Intuitive Channeling workshop will include both tips and teachings as well as physical exercises/movements. The event will be interactive as you may be transitioning between sitting, standing, lying down for the exercises beyond the Kundalini Yoga.
