Offering Overview

This drop-in group is for people on a healing journey that would like to explore using art and writing as a process of self-discovery, growth, and knowing. This is an open art group, and you can drop in whenever you would like. Each week you will be provided with education and creative invitations to help prompt your journey into art and writing. The intention is to create an opportunity for you to make meaning and find wisdom from your own stories of healing through creativity and group support. Please have your own journal. Art materials will be provided. NO ART EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED TO PARTICIPATE!

The poet Rainer Maria Rilke wisely states, “If we surrendered to earth’s intelligence, we could rise up rooted, like trees.” Art allows you to bypass your defenses and programming to access a deep knowing. Join this adventure to explore what is possible when we surrender to our internal creative wisdom and have the support of a community.”

Please note that this is an art-based support group, and although this group can be therapeutic, it is not intended to be a therapy group. If you are needing the support of a therapist during this group, I am happy to make recommendations.

How to Come Prepared
